Steve Turner with his first ever Bass, taken from Silver Strand, early to judge by the photo (!) and weighing in at a handsome 3 kilos (just under 7 lbs). It fell to a legered lugworm bait two hours after high water. July 2004. Well worth the bleary eyes!
