ballyheally beach nasty weed at the min pulling in lenghts of it packed up after 2nd cast

ballinoulart beach weedy too but fishable

Fished Newcastle last night fishible but strong undercurrent kept getting snagged

Ennirielly small bit weed. Fishing terrible. 3 tiny pollock. No doggies. Had crab. Rag.mac.eel. squid. 8 (

Tried Kilcoole this evening . Was weedy as hell. Massive big lumps of brown weed every cast. Not that green sea lettuce stuff though. Don't reckon it'd be too bad on the lures though.water was clear and flat calm

Thats the great thing about these forums. I don't know Daveyboy, but after posting the question above he was kind enough to PM me re the weed and has saved me a trip down here. Thanks buddy!

Any update on how the south wexford beaches are this week? Ballyheally, Cullenstown, Bannow, etc?? Or Tramore area in waterford??? Any help appreciated..
