Congratulations to Liam Rice, from Blackrock sea anglers, who won the Ulster open gold medal at Benone today.he won with 8 fish, and for good measure won the biggest round fish,a well deserved win for a great angler,who has also won the ulster coarse championship previously . well done Liam . :D :D
