fathers day
right lads in waterford want to head off for a day trip on fathers day any suggestions not exact area,s just ideas will be leaving early so any rock in ireland is possibile im thinkin deep water mark for pollack or shannon estrury for ray whats we got lol

One idea would be head to killkee. Fish the Pimlico holes over low tide then fish one of the other local marks for Ray bass gar's. Used to do this trip my self over two days thought.

If distance isnt a problem then the beara peninsula would be worth a look.I haven't fished it this year yet so others will know better.

Spent a few hours in brilliant sunshine on An Corraun spinning and rose a sea trout but got nothing else. Had to leave before sundown.
Ideal all this week for bass fishing peeps, high tides with incredibly visibility into darkness and the ban ended yesterday... oh happy days!

coudlnt leave waterford sun morning weather and sea was glorious hit dunmore cliffs got a couple of dogs and 2 pollock only small hit the coast road to dungarvan with no luck cant understand why lovely conditions black lug mack crab and the best of spinners stopped at a few spots along the road had a good day pity about the low catch rate thats life
