Bring it back see if it's still under warranty. If now throw it out and get a Cree lamp for 10 Euro incl charger off EBay.

Open it up yourself it's more than likely corrosion on a connection due to the spray from saltwater,or it's around the battery connections that have blueish corrosion I've fixed them myself nothing to crazy try scraping the connectors with a flathead screw driver and use some tinfoil to get a better connection I've even wrapped the battery pack with clingfilm to stop moisture getting inside and also spray wd40 on the battery pack to rid it of any more moisture

I think the main dealers are pattersons of dublin. Contact them or call in if you can. If its under 2 years old they will repair it or give you a new one. If its over 2 years, tell them its not....they dont ask for a reciept. I had mine back a week after i posted it.[emoji2]
