camping/fishing

Got myself a camper anyone know any good campsites near any good fishing marks.
Or even any good marks you could park a small camper close by

Actons eco campsite over by clifden has some cracking rock fishing onsite,,,literally 40 foot from your pitch,,,Wrasse, Pollock, Mackerel, Dogfish,,

what type of fishing do you do John? and what time of year you planning on making a trip? thers a couple of decent spots down my way but it would depend what you were after fishing wise.

Theres a campsite in between glengarrif and bantry in west cork. Its supposed to be a good spot for pollack and wrasse at the end of the site. Never fished it myself tho and cant remember what its called.
From there you have endless fishing grounds that will throw up anything from bass, huss, rays, pollack, wrasse, macks etc during summer, all within 10-15mins of the campsite.
Lovely part of the country too.

Think it might be Eagle point campsite your talking about Red,,
Fished there too,,,plenty of fish,,,,and good facilities too,,

Mortimors caravan park Renvyle in Galway. Got a good beach mark 40 yards for ur pitch and a rough ground mark very close by. And if ur still looking lettergesh beach is 2 miles away and u can park the camper right on the beach

thats the camping place in ballylicky ye are talking about. ive fished there a few times. beautiful quiet campsite. you fish right down the back where no1 annoys u .had a 5lb wrasse and 9lb huss there 1night. constant action all the time. seen ray been caught there. well worth a night or 2...
