[at least if we get tangled with white feathers we'll know who it is ]

Just back from two weeks away Scottie and saw this now.

You'll be using them that day now that you know how good they are............ now get back to building with your Father in Law.

 yes Donal, I have been furiously plucking chickens in an effort to match your success with those white feathers. Or are you going to surprise as all with this seasons colour?
As long as I don't end up drawn next to that stray Polish fella again (Teddy I think his name was).
Only 3 weeks left, I'd better check out the boat gear and make sure it's working and get some traces tied.......

Teddy the processor.

I thought he was Pete Davis's gillie on the day and all that fish slicing was just keeping Pete supplied with bait. Maybe he just had a soft spot for Pete. I last saw him singing that Right Said Fred number walking up the pier with Pete mind you.

no, no, in fairness to Pete, Teddy was my ghillie. He kept trying to give me his rigs as he was feeling sorry for me that day as I kept getting myself tangled etc and he was catching all the fish - needless to say I persevered with my stuff and thats why I did so badly, funnily enough I started catching as soon as he and Pete stopped fishing. Anyway, the white feathers will put a stop to that, won't they?

Don't worry, club committee bring score cards (ie jd jw and petekd) and give them to skippers to mark off.
