Cant speak for Wicklow or Dublin but Atlas weighing in Cork (https://www.atlasweighing.ie) do it . I get mine certified from them each year. Last time it costs €80. I do think you can post it to them too if thats an option.

Quick update on the weighing scales certification. Got it done with weighingmachines.ie out in tallaght. Can not recommend this company enough.A pleasure to deal with and the scales were slightly off so they had to look for the calibration instructions online to fix this which they did at no extra cost. The cost was €50 euro which nowadays is great value for money.Very happy with the service and will be back to them next year.
