Will be heading down to wexford next weekend any info about smooth hounds this time of year or am I too early

I'd say that it will take another few weeks before the smooth hounds start to show in numbers Ogie

I wouldn't target them until late May/early June in Wexford Ogie, If your down that way you might as well give the flats and Bass a go though

furlongs road in kilmore is a good spot in july and august for smoothies a nice calm night is best. there catching a few bass in cullenstown at the mo

Don`t think they`ll be long, having them on boats here in S Wales and the odd one or two on the shore, that`s early for us.

I find they hit Dublin first before the reports start in Wexford. I'll be down on the bank holiday too but i'm going to target bass. If you drop me a PM, i'll suggest a mark that produces pretty early in the season.
