Hi bud, not sure about up there but at me it's not to bad. Well. It was ok till this week. Not been fit to move out side the door since Sunday. Some beachs that are sheltered might be fishing but I haven't fished that since the summer. What day ya thinking of going. Good luck.

I was out on the beaches past Louisburgh and it remains piled high around the high water mark with kelp and mostly the "sticks" / tackle graveyard. There was also a lot of floating weed in the water too so I'd avoid the beaches until the weather calms a bit.... which by the looks of things, could be February!
