Dun Laoghaire Fishing
Does anyone know if fishing around this time of year and after christmas would bring many fish either on the float or just normal ??

There is plenty of small pin whiting and a few baby codling about with an odd dab in the inner harbour not a whole lot else.

Re: Dun Laoghaire Fishing
I took the little lad down there with hi mate a couple of weeks ago just at the band stand there..
I set them both up with a float and away they went, I set up with a normal single hook trace and within seconds I was in to a nearly decent whiting. Needless to say i had to change the two boys rigs to the same as mine and in 1 hour and half we must of caught over 30 fish between us....
Admitting the fish were tiny but was great sport for the two boys..
