Dublin sea trout

Just wondering what the best season is for catching sea trout in the sea/estuaries around Dublin area? I'm considering getting a licence and putting some time in fishing for them if it means I can get some lure fishing in before the bass turn up in the summer

You can get them all year round?What would be the best months would you say?
