hi Robk this time of year you wont get too many species but there are plenty of dogfish,flounder,coalfish,and whiting around to keep a lad busy,even a odd thornback ray and cod around if you know where to look

clifden bay starting to yield results..
sun eve 12/2 fished two hours before high water, in the dark,,2 dogfish and a very small thornback
last of the mackeral bait used roll on 2012!!!
