Rossnowlagh beach, Donegal

Just wondering where is the best spot to fish there? have a comp tomorrow night and i have never fished there. Also what would the recomended baits and spieces? Thanks in advance.

From what I have been told the best spot is right down to the left near the rocks,
right in front of the road way down to smugglers cove.

Flounder, turbot if that helps 8)
