Sea angling guides qualification certs etc

Hi
Can anyone tell me if there is any kind course out there, to get a cert or qualification for sea angling guides or ghillies for sea kayaking.
You would not get insurance with out qualification of some kind ??
Any info on the above would be great :idea:

a few things that come to mind are

first aid, some form of lifeguard training, navigation and vhf course would be the basic few i can think of, because you are dealing with people being out at sea under your supervision

I took an IITD (institute of irish training a developement). It is a Fetac registered course which qualifies you to train adults. No specific area of expertise just a recognized qualification which should cover you on the teaching side.
The Truth is often stumbled upon by men, most of whom pick themselves up and hurry along as if nothing ever happened.
