reel capacity

hi i was wondering what fixed spools or multipliers are out there that have the largest line capacity etc,,,,,,,,now i know if i lighten the line ill get more on but i hope to have somewhere around the 15-20lb mark line on

i want to know what reels have great capacity for line

A sl30sh has a capacity of 300m of 20lb, you will get reels that hold more yes but you will be sacrificing casting distance. Tope from the shore is it :mrgreen:

ah not the tope yet,,,,,,just have an aul stunt or two up me sleves for later in the summer,,,if it works it could be lethal :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

the penn 535 has a huge capacity and casts well holds in excess of 400 meters of 15lb line and is bomb proof

does anyone find there arm getting sore from reeling a f/s reel after a bit

Used to have no problem 10 years ago , even a day hauling mackerel wasn't a problem ...... now I feel as if it would be easier to swim out for it , or throw the rod over me shoulder and walk up the beach.. old age at the gate I think :roll:
