Tide: High tide around 12.00

Weather: calm with sunny spells

Bait: rag, mackerel, squid, prawns

Rigs: 3 hook pat. wishbone, flattie rigs

Report:

It was more of an excursion than a fishing trip. I set up for around 11.30. Very very slow all day. There was a good surf on to. I was bit surpised to see a dab.

The beach was very empty and I ended up practising casting for the remaining hour. good day and cant wait until this beach is back in season.
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC
