Century carbon sre reel suggestions?

Have this rod a while now but just been using a cheap Mitchell fixed spool on it. I'm looking to upgrade to a better reel now and am looking for recommendations for this particular rod. Thanks in advance!!

A shimano biomaster 8000 size or a Arelex 8000 also by shimano. These reels will last a life time with very little maintenance mostly a good rinse with tap water after each fishing session. Braid works great with these reels to.

penn affinity 7000 is a great fixie or a shimano ultegra xsb 10000

Have mine set up with the shimano xsb 10000 super reel for it, won't let you down.

Thanks for replies lads. Budget around 150 I suppose.I seen the penn affinity for 80 sterling but if there's a superior reel to that for not much more money I'd gladly fork out

thats off alderney angling you wont go wrong with that reel for that money i have mine the last year and a half
