I friended a few of the sailing and yachting pages in and around the cork area on facebook, They usually post photos of the ships coming and going from the area, in the past i have seen photos of timber ships sailing into youghal which in turn meant the gates would be closed for unloading purposes, it has saved me a drive in the past.Im in work at the moment facebook is blocked here so i cant check for you.
