Ya have a chance of codling, coalies, dabs and flounder this time of year mostly small but worth a shot ... Lugworm tipped with fish is the best bait on a two hook trace night time wud be best

Fish Killiney beach regularly. During the this month and last have caught whiting and dabs quite small. I also caught my first codling down there last month. It defiantly fishes better at night. The best session in the last 2 months I have had in Killiney I was using lug wraps tipped with squid or mackerel on a 2 up 1 down trace.

Best of luck, post your results up if you get a chance.

Hi lads just to say thanks again for the advice.
Got to killiney at around 11am.
I was using mackerel on a two up one down as Nic Mach suggested.
Could not find any lugworm.
Caught a nice few whiting and a dog fish 60cm long.
Stayed til 17.30 enjoyed it and will go back early next year hopefully.
