Any idea if they enter the Irish sea through the north as well as south - like the currents do before meeting near the isle of man?

Watched 9/10 guys in tramore this evening for an hour or so, each and everyone of them blanked. Was talking to a chap there who got 2 on the high tide this morning and he said everyone else there at that stage blanked.

Was in Dunmore yesterday evening, herself was fishing for mackeral but just got 2 pollock, had 8 wrasse myself :-)

Spent four hours trying for Mackerel yesterday off Devil's Rock in Howth, then another two hours off the West Pier, not a nibble. New to the sport, must be doing something wrong! :(
