garrettstown beach

Trying to do a bit bass fishing. Is garrettstown beach a good spot for bass fishing? Thanks.

Hi, Garrettstown beach is a good bass fishing beach.Fish the smaller beach from low tide up but beware a lot of surfers during the day.Best to fish at night.

seatrout,plaice,dogfight,wrasse,Pollack,thornback ray,spotted ray,red gurnard,tompot blenny,sandeel,herring,mackerel....

Zeke you are dead right it is absolutely choked with weed these days. I was in Garrylucas last week and it was awful.

On a general note do the two beaches fish equally well?

left beach is better but gets the most weed as thats were the tide runs in
