Beach Lanterns

#1 Post by Larry 90 »

Hey Does anyone have any suggestions of a good lantern thats bright but also gives out some heat! I was thinking of buying one to have there for the winter or any nippy night sessions! Have been looking at the coleman lanterns and they look good but just thought id see what you guys say?

Thanks Larry :)

Coleman Northstar, great light, plenty of heat, rugged construction, piezo ignition, runs for 10hrs on one fill of petrol, mantles around 6 euro, I have used two of these for years and they still are both in good order. Not cheap but well worth the money, you won't go far wrong with one of these. I also have a twin mantle one which doesn't get used so much ,only because the NorthStar has the pizo ignition which in windy weather is a Godsend.
