Im heading out fishing over the weekend and some one mentioned trying Brittas bay to me.
But I havent seen many reports on the forum about it which rings alarms bells
Is it not a great spot ?
Any info would be appreciated

tried it twice over the last few weeks and not much to report. afew dogs and flats. supposedly good for bass when theres a good surf but havnt got around to it yet.

i would avoid brittas bay i fished there not too long ago there was a lovely big surf but nothing would touch the bait or lures i would try clogga strand or kilmichael

Fished it a lot recently nothing of any substance been thrown up i would try else where.

Last time i fished Brittas i caught nothing!! about 3 weeks ago! I know people who went last week they had fish but nothing major!! Maybe South Beach Arklow havent Fished there recently but could be worth a try!!

the wexford beaches would prob be a better option.. but i fished 2 of the north wex beaches last week and they were unfishable due to weed
maybe someone on here could tell you if it has cleared

clones is great around night time and definetely bring fish and worm baits there are plenty of flats there and some smoothies
