Best For Bass?

I was wondering what the best size hooks were if i was targeting bass.. im tryin to catch my first and want it to be a nice one to remember!! Any tips or hints would be appreciated!! :D

for general alround bass fishin a size 2/0 aberdeen on a single hook clipped down or pulley rig should cover most situations... i also use a 2 hook flapper/clipped rig with 1/0 aberdeen for schoolies and for really big baits i use a pulley rig with a 4/0 pennel... :wink:

three hook clipped down with size 2 baitholders for rag and two hook clipped down size 4/0 for crab and razor ,this is also my preferred smoothy rig :wink:

Thanks for the help lads plenty to try out now a pulley might be handy because sometimes i fish over rough ground so it would do no harm!! Usually i use 2 hooked clipped down rigs but i think its my hook sizes that were letting me down! hopefully ill have better luck now!! Cheers for the help :D
