do you guys rate the older century tip tornados 13 ft models match and sport could buy two for 150 each

there very good rods indeed,some people would say better than the newer ones,and thats a good price for them if in good nick.the newer models are slightley longer and slightley more powerful.

I have two Century Tip Tornado's LD 13' and the Tip Tornado CMC 14' (heavier work) and they are excellant rods, but take a bit of getting used to.. These are the newer version, but if you can get two of the older versions for that money I would go for it...

i have a 13ft tip tornado match an it has been a favoured rod of mine for years really cant fault it.. its sensitive yet powerful enough to belt leads an pull in double shots of doggies.. great fishing rod

I have 2 of the older TT Match models and think they are great rods. Thing is with Century rods...they are like Marmite...you either love 'em or hate 'em....

IMO they are great rods and at that price...snap them up mate.

i have a mint tt match that i am about to swop to beachcaster and i love the rod but i didnt use it and in hard times it needs to go

i had the newer version or the tip tornado match but prefere the older model,just some thing about the newer model i didnot like.imho the older one is a better rod.

i have the new version of the kompressor s and i must say itsan excellent rod... it can really belt a lead and has a huge amount of back bone for pulling in big fish (smotthies,ray etc..) at distance yet is stil able to fish a three hook clipped rig for smaller fish and show up bites... its true ya either love centuries or hate them but i absolutely love them

I have the new Century TT Match...Great Rod for casting, the tip wouldnt be as comparible to say a Zippy but still a good rod.

not my favourite rod but the older models are by far superior to the newer stuff, good luck with your buy
