gerrys of morecambe problem contacting

#1 Post by eointarmey »

Hi lads, about 2 and a half weeks ago i ordered a penn 525 supermag xtra and other terminal tackle from gerrysfishing.com then on monday the 24th it arrived at my house and i quickly realised the reel that arrived was the 525 mag xtra. So i looked at the invoice and it confirmed that i ordered and paid for the supermag xtra so that day i sent it back to england and according to anpost.ie it arrived at its destination on the 28th of may.I emailed gerrys to inform them i was sending the reel back and put the invoice in the package with the reel, however i didnt get a reply from them. I also tried to ring them to try and sort it out but i couldnt get through to them and it doesnt even ring. Does anyone know how to contact them as i am starting to get worried now!? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards Eoin

ive never ordered from them but have read plenty of good reviews on here about their high levels of customer service. hopefully its just a minor glitch and you get your reel in a few days.
