we'll have to get a go at them next year. and i'm sure it won't be long before we see some mullet reports from you davy. just spotted one of your specimen pics in this months irish angler

Thanks for all the replys lads, it's was a pleasure to meet so many friendly anglers in the one area, it's a great atmosphere and there was plenty of banter flying about, even between total strangers, some of the comments passed would have resulted in a riot at any place. but everyone had a common goal, to land a pesky shad 
If someone shows you a mark to fish, respect it and dont pass it of as one of your own, dont tell every man and his dog about it.
