Clonea?

Well Lads, I'm thinking of trying Clonea for the first time on Sunday, what part should I head for the best chance of a fish this time of year, directions would be appreciated, I'm travelling from Wexford so I know how to get as far as the Dungarven area, not sure of the tide for Sunday yet but it should be high sometime in the afternoon..........thanks.

on the N 25 about 2 miles before dung. signpost for clonea hotel.
park in car park go to the left 2/300 yards. only need to cast 50/60 yds.

I might be down there myself on sunday morning if ive bait left after sat

were abouts in cork is da wall lads as i might give it a try if im getting no were in ballycotton also i hope to have crab lug and rag any good down that way (im f**ked if its not :lol: )

over this wkend. 10/20/30? bass s.s.e. wind forecast/full moon( :x ) will make near perfect conditions. i think there will be a lot of fish about. 8)

iv used crab to great success for bigger bass and found lug worked well for ones about the 4lbs mark. the bigger ones are scarcer but quality is better than quality, or do you think quantity is a quality all of its own :P :shock:
