i have been informed that the master angler shore 2007 is going to be run on 13/14 oct 2007 in mullaghmore.
does anyone have any idea of specific venues that are likely to be used for the 3 events

I'm not sure if the venues have been confirmed yet. Mullaghmore will definetly be one, possilby Streedagh and Rosses Point too.
Sea Species(25) bass, codling, whiting, turbot, seatrout, stingray, pollock, coalfish, longspine scorpion, ballan wrasse, dogfish, ling, pouting, poor cod, dab, mackerel, smelt, sandeel, launce, bull huss, painted ray, thick lip mullet, golden grey mullet, rock goby.
Fresh Water (2) brown trout, sea trout

god i hope its not streedagh, about 15 of us fished their last summer for 5 hours and all that was caught was 1 miniscule turbot on the last cast.
mullaghmore could be interesting, with so many species in the bay who knows what mite show up, there is even a portabegle shark that lives on that beach
