I have an ABU 7000 about 20 years old. The level wind gave up the ghost today and I removed it. I remember that at one time you could get caps/covers to cover the resulting hole and prevent sand etc getting into the reel. Does anybody know if they are still available and where I can get them? Did a search on Veals but no joy.
