Quickest surefire way I know is to hop aboard a charter boat that's out sharking.

Rig your float tackle to fish the stream of chum.

Know what I mean?

I heard of them being caught from the shore in Glin around August and September using trout mepps.
And I caught the odd one over the years from Cappa pier and Dunlickey.

Fenit pier and Kerry head are 2 places you can get them on a float.Generally a good idea to feed the area well with mushed mackeral(a bit like fishing for mullet).August/September the best time.

I've never caught a grafish either but I'm starting to use flyer rigs when bottom fishing and a snood above float when float fishing for wrasse.
