Newcastle, Wicklow 21/4/06

Got out for the first time in a few months at last, but it was only for about an hour.

High tide was at about 6:30pm and I fished from 8:30 - 9:30.

Fished Newcastle with sandeel on a 1 up 1 down rig and managed one dab of around 5 or 6 inches. Not much but am happy with it, gives me the grand total of 2 fish for the year :D :cry: :roll: :cry: .

Will hopefully get in a hell of a lot more fishing over the coming months.

Also saw 3 people fishing just in front of the entrance, anyone from here, no?
