Cheers lads,:D
I was fishing the beach right beside the Dart station theres a part there that has soom rocks in close to the shore but gets covered when the tide is coming in. I was fishing from 60-80 yards out(depending on how bad my casting was):) there seemed to be a fair bit of activity there, the gulls where hammering into the water really close in and even about 6 foot from the shoreline i thought one of them was goin to give me a smack! There were a couple of lads further down the beach too didn't get to see how they did though wasn't gonna leave my rod that long the bites all happened within 20 mins of goin into the water less though in most cases wonder if it'll be the same at the week end though?
