HELLO fOLKS
Hello how are ye im living in laois would the west coast or east be closer im looking for a club to join and hopefully get lessons ect and boat fishing i do not have me own boat but im looking at a kayak

I would imagine that the East coast would be your best bet and more easily accessible for you. Join Sea Angling Irelands Club. It's online with members all over the country so plenty of contacts!
2009 species: thornback ray, pollack, coalfish, red gurnard, ballan wrasse, cuckoo wrasse, garfish, whiting, lsd, bull huss, flounder, pouting.

definitely go east coast - shore fishing poor on the west - boat is better
much more species to target in the east and south too
