Kinsale rocks

Im heading to Kinsale for a couple of days and dont think the boat is an option because according to the gaffer we are going by car so I am looking for any areas for some easy to get to rock marks as I have a slightly injured knee and cant do too much rough terrain. In the meantime I will keep trying to convince the good lady to travel by van with a 165 in tow.
