Suggestions on Flounder Rigs

Just looking to see if anybody has good suggestions for rigs for flounder. I'm currently using the traffic light IMAX rigs and find them great and I'm using some home made ones. Just seeing if theres any other good ones out there. Thanks

3 hook flappers, tie some with beads and some without
