Cn I walk into a place in munster and get a life jacket serviced?

Ch Marine in Cork will do it. Not sure if they will do While-you-wait though.

Ch leave the jackets inflated overnight to check them properly,have had a couple done,one failed ,and was returned to me,great service..

Not sure on price,think about 40 euro including new gas refill,if you are buying a new jacket get the best you can afford and the highest neuton rating..

The good ones also come with a winching ring built in - hopefully you will never need it.

Also another feature to note make sure it has a crotch strap ,save it coming over your head in case it inflated in an emergency ..

Isnt really worth buying unless it has a crotch strap. I'll go for the service, 40e is grand out.

I'll manually inflate mine and hang it up for a day or two.
This was my favourite jacket one time until this showed up after one of my tests.
