Fishing Charters Algarve

Am going to the Algarve in July for a wedding, will most likely be staying in the Vilamoura region.

Has anyone any experience on going boat fishing from a charter in the region? I am not really interested in big game angling, but would like to catch bigger species than I'm used to here- things like snapper, jacks etc.

I would really appreciate some recommendations from any of you have "been there, done that". Or failing that, regale me with horror stories and what to avoid.
