Time to fish for conger on shore?

#1 Post by simplywabs »

Can anyone help me please. Would it be ok to go for Conger fishing on the shore (Piers) at this time of the year? Is there a better time to target Congers in shore or will it always be the same whole year round?

Thanks in advance for all your responses.

All year round these can be caught as they are resident fish. I am for flat clam water and a milder day this time of year

yes a great fish to target this time of year when the weather is poor and piers might be the only safe option
