North east rocks

#1 Post by MC »

Got out to wet a line for the first time of 2018. The plan was to go for cod but they never showed up so settled for a doggie to beat the blank, we fished the mates mark so can't say where, sorry. The mate landed a decent coalie and the other two lads blanked but that's the price you pay when fishing big baits for big fish. Got cold and and after three baits coming back untouched I left for home. Good nights craic even if the fishing wasn't great

Once again the much maligned mutt saves the blank! You might not have got 2018 off to a flying start but at least you taxied down the runway.
