Saltwater flyfishing for Bass and Pollock

Hi folks, Just looking your views on flyfishing in the sea

What would be you perfect rod length?

Your perfect line rating?

And also your perfect reel for the above?

Does all of the tackle need to be salt waterproof or would giving the tackle a good rinse in fresh water be good enough

Do you have any advice in relation to flies and there hook sizes etc.

Just an idea at present that i'm playing around with and really looking a 2nd, 3rd, 4th....... opinion on the subject.

been thinkin the same myself recently and have come to the conclusion that a scierra saltwater 9foot 10# and an Airflo T7 and prob a Rio line would prob suit me down to the ground ............only problem is finding the £250 to buy it !
