Cunning the way the worded the question. Pity they're not smart enough to stop you voting multiple times. 
If they were smart, they'd be dangerous. They ought to have run the poll when you had to be a subscriber to vote as well. Then they might have got the response they 'expected'. But they have an excuse - they'll say those naughty and web-wise anglers cheated....
