Smoothhounds

#1 Post by toaddi33 »

Planning a trip down south next week in search of my first smoothie. Tried a few years ago at Rosslare point with no success. Anyone any marks/general areas that I should consider? Thinking of trying around Arklow or Courtown direction. Any help appreciated :D

Thanks

Was staying in the Curracloe area for a couple of weeks, had them of the beach in balinesker both around the high and low tide times, caught on rag.

Rosslarre point is always a good mark I find - Ring bunty in the widgeons rest for info. I would fish the left of the point just at the 1st and 2nd set of rocks, dont go near the tip of the point or round the right unless your after tope!
