Aranmore Island Donegal

Hi folks.

Visiting West Donegal next week and will no doubt be having a day on Aranmore Island. Not sure about taking the car over, but the day will be a mix of walking, eating, drinking and hopefully

a little fishing, too ! If anyone could be so kind as to recommebnd a mark or two. Deep water with sand that might throw up a few surprises would be very nice ! If travelling light I'll just take

a spinning rod, otherwise I'll have a couple of rods to fish the bottom. Another option is to stay overnight on the island, much depending on the weather and the mood of my other half !
