Cullenstown(Lacken) / Bannow advice

#1 Post by thirty »

Hi, heading to Cullenstown(Lacken) / Bannow tomorrow, have time to fish one of these locations. Could anyone PM some advice on weather they have been having any success in either area with bait or lures (I plan on bait or lure fishing, not both). How is the weed in these areas? PM any help if you could, appreciated.....Any advice will be kept confidential, will be fishing by myself. Can return the favour if any has any questions on the fishing from Rosslare to Kilmore, I mainly fish with lures in these areas. Thanks.

Fished Cullenstown a few times crab seemed to be the best but caught a few on lug tipped with mackeral fished just up past the old boat wreck and the fishing seemed best on the flooding tide. never fished it this early always around December and had some big flounder out of it.
Wish list for 2015: sword tail, black Molly, horny cobbler
