hooks?

#1 Post by mi0tfk »

Hello,
I'm back doing a bit of shore fishing after a long break. Was wondering what people's preferred hooks are for general beach fishing? General flattie, doggies, etc?
Had a good night's fun at Cushendun catching 12 doggies on Friday night but the hook up rate was bad. Was using a pulley pennel with 3/0 o'shaunesys?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I use Kamasan B940 Aberdeen pattern, they seem like a good general purpose hook

Thanks, I do remember liking the Aberdeen hooks in the past, especially with worm and sandeel baits.
