i have a boat fishing reel thats not working
the spool release lever is broke
can theese be fixed ?

most tackle shops operate or know of a tackle repair service... start there.
if you are lucky the manufacturer's warranty still applies although sending kit to be repaired by the manufacturers out of warranty can be very expensive.
