Anyone have any success targeting blonde rays from the shore in Ireland?

There have been quite afew caught on the east coast in the 90s but the most recent was in 2008 they are more of an accidental catch when targeting other rays. There are supposedly marks on the Shannon That they can be caught but good luck trying to get info on the marks
