smoothies- Best tide

Just wondering as the tides are out for about 1130 pm on saturday down the courtown area and i was planning on taking a spin down but not sure if there is a preferred state of tide they like , all the same there doesnt seem to be man about yet ?

I've always caught them roughly 2-3 hours around high water with most caught when the tide is still rising.
It ain't easy but it sure is simple!
